• Serve as the operational bridge between the Revenue Systems Architect and all key stakeholder teams • Take ownership of frontline support, backlog execution, sprint hygiene, documentation, and change management • Work closely with developers, vendors, and business users to ensure stories are delivered on time • Manage sprint board in Jira • Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives • Publish clear and concise sprint release notes at the end of every cycle • Maintain system documentation, user guides, and SOPs for all changes • Ensure sandbox testing, impact analysis, and structured deployments are followed • Provide training and knowledge support to end-users during change rollouts • Ensure accuracy of Opportunities, Orders, Leads, Contacts, and Accounts • Monitor and enforce data hygiene practices • Troubleshoot and maintain field mappings and sync logic across various tools
