Job Description
Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years of practical experience delivering harassment and discrimination prevention training
- Proven experience working in the janitorial or similar industry preferred
- Strong understanding of its work environment and operational challenges
- Prior experience delivering sexual harassment prevention in California
- Knowledge of California sexual harassment laws and workplace compliance requirements
- Fluent in Spanish including reading, writing, and speaking (required)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage documentation, materials, and travel independently
- Must be able to independently front travel-related expenses and submit timely invoices in accordance with company policy
- Proficient with MS Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, and related tools
