Location:
Remote positions are open to applicants based anywhere in the continental U.S. Hybrid positions are open to applicants based in the Phoenix, Arizona area.

Position Summary:
Builds and implements Disney wish storytelling strategies with Make-A-Wish chapters and across multiple cross-functional project teams balancing competing demands in alignment with Disney alliance storytelling goals and priorities. This position supports the national Disney alliance which provides funding, mission critical in-kind resources and promotional opportunities for Make-A-Wish in excess of 8-figure support annually.

- Proven ability to create and execute short and long-term storytelling strategies while proactively managing organizational complexity with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to organize work, prioritize, and make timely decisions with sound judgment.
- Ability to balance developing work and executing on tactical need in tandem.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to find effective solutions in a positive, collaborative manner and articulate information with clarity and accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate across various stakeholder groups, and to bring issues to solution in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaboratively build, execute and maintain strategies, processes and expertise that support Disney alliance storytelling priorities within the National office and chapters.
- Maintain and build out Disney alliance chapter storytelling guidance and examples, driving organizational implementation of Disney wish storytelling priorities.
- Lead proactive Disney wish story mining through review of pending wish spreadsheets and via direct outreach to chapters.
- Develops programs to engage multiple stakeholders with Make-A-Wish America cross departmentally, with Disney hometown chapters and via existing wish-granting programs.
- Track chapter activation of Disney campaign and storytelling implementation via website and social media monitoring.
- Align with Brand storytelling team to ensure organizational best practice sharing and cross department collaboration.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of total work experience with corporate partnership experience preferred
- Experience working in storytelling and content-building that effectively communicates brand mission in alignment.
- Understanding of how to research, map, design, build and maintain effective and accurate processes and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, web and social medica platforms, including Word, Excel and Power Point. Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects, internal and external relationships while managing deadlines.
- Strong team player who leads with positivity and a can-do attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple projects on deadline.
Work Environment:
- Ability to thrive in a remote environment.
- Travel may be required for internal and external meetings, up to 10%.
- May require work outside a traditional Monday – Friday work week, and outside normal business hours. This includes weekends and early evening weeknights.
This Role's Hiring Range
$61,916 - $68,000 USD
