Job Description: Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building strong customer relationships and driving growth? CPM Holdings, Inc., a global leader in process equipment and engineered technologies, is seeking a dynamic Aftermarket Outside Sales to manage and expand our aftermarket sales for spare parts and services across North America, Mexico, Canada, and select international territories.

This role is perfect for someone with a "hunter" mentality who thrives on identifying new opportunities and delivering exceptional service. You'll work closely with customers to provide solutions, negotiate contracts, and ensure the highest level of satisfaction.

Location & Travel Requirements

This position is open to candidates based in the United States. This is a remote position. While candidates from all locations are welcome to apply, preference may be given to those residing on the East Coast, Central or near a major international airport to support potential travel needs. Candidates located in the following states are especially encouraged to apply: IL, IA, MI, NH, NJ, OH, PA, SD, TX, WI, WY, IN, MO, NC, and OK.

This role requires domestic and international travel up to 50%.

POSITION OVERVIEW (Job Summary):

Under the direction of the NA Aftermarket Sales, the purpose of this job is to manage and grow the aftermarket sales revenue for spare parts and services supporting CPM's Thermal processing equipment in North America, Mexico, Canada, and select international territories.

This role focuses on developing long-term partnerships with key customers in order to meet and exceed customer expectations and to secure the success and profitability of CPM Process Solutions.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSABILITIES:

· None

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

· Sell existing and new potential customers replacement spare parts and services including audits, repairs and rebuilds in order to meet the objectives of the company strategy and business plan, action agenda and goals.

· Managing after-sales support and negotiating contracts.

· Provide effective customer service to enable the company to maximize sales and profits.

· Developing personal sales plans and maintaining customer relationships.

· Follow and help improve the customer contact process to ensure sales objectives are met.

· Provide effective communication to other team members to ensure on-time delivery and a quality product.

· Develop timely and accurate sales forecasts.

· Identifying business opportunities.

· Participate in company sales meetings in order to increase communication, understanding, and teamwork.

· Provide and populate information relevant to quotes, opportunities, on-site plant visits and follow ups using the existing platforms (Salesforce, SAP, etc.) in order to meet expectations of CPM managers, team members, and customers.

· Role requires 35% to 50% (12 -16 visit a month) travel within the assigned territory to build customer relations and ultimately increase CPM Process Solutions sales of aftermarket parts and services.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

· A hunter mentality, focused on identifying new customers and opportunities for CPM products.

· Knowledge of theories and practices of industry, chemistry, engineering, an engineering degree in mechanical, industrial or chemical fields is highly preferred.

· Strong background in sales management, industrial sales, selling processes and B2B marketing.

· Analytical thinking, and problem-solving.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Interpersonal and customer service skills.

· Ability to persuade and negotiate.

· Ability to effectively sell/close based on value propositions

· Organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

· Ability to work under critical time deadlines and pressures.

· Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

· Knowledge of ERP applications (SAP) and Microsoft applications (Teams, SharePoint, Office) and SharePoint.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering.

· Minimum 5 years of Outside Sales - industry related experience.( Thermal Processing Systems, or similar engineered equipment is preferred)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Sitting in a normal seated position for extended periods of time.

· Reaching by extending hand(s) or arm(s) in any direction.

· Finger dexterity required to manipulate objects with fingers rather than with whole hand(s) or arm(s), for example, using a keyboard.

· Communication skills using the spoken word.

· Ability to see within normal parameters.

· Ability to hear within normal range.

· Ability to move about.

· Ability to physically lift and carry up to 25lbs.

· Ability to travel either internationally and domestically up to 35%-50% of the time.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

· Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

· Required: English Bilingual: Spanish not required but preferred.

· Should be proficient in local language
