Job Requirements
- Creating social media content (reels, short-form video, posts, stories)
- Understanding engagement, reach, and audience growth
- Designing clean, visually appealing graphics or visuals
- Writing or contributing to captions, messaging, or storytelling
- Understanding social media trends, hooks, and audience behavior
- Posting, testing, and iterating content based on performance
- Experience with personal brands, side projects, freelance work, or companies/brands all count.
- Be comfortable navigating and using major social platforms
- Understand why certain content performs well
- Think creatively about how to attract, engage, and retain audiences
- Be able to connect content to business and brand objectives
- Comfort being on camera for short-form content is a plus (preferred but not required)
- Is highly coachable and open to feedback
- Is willing to unlearn, relearn, and continuously improve
- Is curious about AI, marketing, branding, and sales
- Has an entrepreneurial mindset and long-term growth outlook
- Cares about results and outcomes, not just aesthetics
- Is eager to grow alongside a fast-moving organization.
