This position will be onsite 3 days a week and virtual 2 days a week.

About our team:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and support team alignment on product goals
  • Build cooperative relationships with customers, partners and other stakeholders across the enterprise, serving as the key point-of-contact for KIA in the US
  • Identify opportunities for expanding language and translation product reach, especially in key regions like US & LATAM, supporting onboarding and customer engagement strategies to increase ecosystem adoption
  • Serve as the contact point for stakeholder updates, project transparency, and feedback loops
  • Advocate for efficient knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the teams
