The role involves leading the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support for a large-scale HR transformation. This includes acting as the functional and solution lead, ensuring business alignment and technical integrity across integrated systems.
The SME will be critical in designing the target finance architecture, harmonizing financial data, and ensuring seamless integration of multiple source systems into S/4HANA Central Finance. Key tasks include designing Central Finance AR processes, managing customer master data harmonization, and overseeing transaction replication and error resolution.
