Job Description

• Lead day-to-day project management for the Oracle CLM implementation • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules • Coordinate activities across Legal, IT, Procurement, Finance, and PMO teams • Manage vendors and system integrators, including scope, timelines, and deliverables • Track risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies; escalate when required • Support system design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities • Ensure alignment with enterprise program governance, standards, and stage-gate requirements • Provide executive-level reporting, status updates, and risk mitigation plans • Support data migration, integrations, and reporting workstreams as needed

Job Requirements

Minimum of 5-7+ years of financial analysis, economic modeling, or deal valuation experience within an oil & gas and/or a CCUS-focused organization.
Hands-on experience with Oracle CLM implementation or Oracle Procurement/Contracts modules
Experience working within oil & gas or energy-sector environments
Proven experience partnering with Legal, IT, Procurement, Finance, and PMO stakeholders
Strong project management experience across design, build, test, and deploy phases
Proficiency with Smartsheet for project tracking, reporting, and governance
Vendor and third-party management experience
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required; experience with probabilistic or economic modeling tools is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
Proactive, solutions-oriented partnership mindset
Strong collaboration with project and engineering teams
