Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT US Recruiter to join our team on a fully remote, commission-based model. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and have a strong track record of placing candidates in the US IT market. ONLY candidates with USA experience in IT will be considered.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment
  • At least 1+ year of experience working with US clients and candidates
  • Proven success in closing IT roles in the US market
  • Hands-on experience using CRM/recruitment management systems
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media platforms, and alternative sourcing strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, commission-driven environment

Requirements

  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified IT professionals for US-based clients
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through various sourcing channels
  • Work closely with clients to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates
  • Utilize CRM systems to track candidate progress, client interactions, and job pipelines
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate technical and cultural fit
  • Negotiate offers and ensure successful candidate onboarding
