Job Description

• Lead business development and account management across the US. • Build and manage strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and grow our market presence. • Represent Commsignia at meetings, events, and client visits. • Provide market insights to help guide product and business strategy. • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to closing deals and managing contracts. • Ensure smooth collaboration with internal teams and keep CRM data up to date. • Travel as needed across the US and occasionally abroad.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Experience working with public sector clients such as fire departments, EMS, police, or other government agencies.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure or mobility-related projects.
  • Background in ITS, Infrastructure, IT, or Telecom sectors.
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or Tech.
  • Fluent in business & technical English.
  • Skilled in complex B2B sales and proposal writing.
  • Strong communicator, proactive, organized, and a true team player.
  • Based in the US with strong local market knowledge and willing to travel.
