Job Description
• Overseeing and driving sales performance within a defined geographic region
• Managing a team of sales representatives
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience preferably in the multi-family industry
- Two (2) years of experience in a managerial role with a focus on sales management
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Advanced communication skills: able to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form
- Proficient in technology and tools such as Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
