Job Description

• Deploy to work in disaster impacted communities • Provide crisis care and support to survivors and responders • Work actively in impacted areas performing a variety of tasks • Staff community resource centers and support shelter operations • Collaborate with team members to deliver mental health support

Job Requirements

  • Experience in high-stress, crisis, or emergency environments
  • Understanding of the emotional and logistical challenges faced by disaster survivors and/or first responders
  • Strong communication, coaching, crisis care, and documentation skills
  • The ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment
  • A commitment to professionalism, resiliency, and trauma-informed care
  • Relevant experience in crisis care, response, or support settings
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • If licensed or certified, current documentation of your credentials
