• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s core Functions, including Patient scheduling, Billing, HR and Recruiting, Business Development and Credentialing, by setting and managing towards ambitious quarterly growth goals • Partner with the CEO to define and execute growth strategies, including scaling services nationally with existing partners (outlining clear partnership goals), and proactively identifying new partners who meet business objectives • Leverage healthcare knowledge and contacts to expand ABH’s reach and impact, including expanding into new lines of service (ex Collaborative Care Models) • Collaborate with the CEO to create a culture of high-performing teams, driving the annual planning and annual staff reviews, along with the evolving organizational structure as the company scales • Ensure all operations adhere to relevant healthcare regulations and company policies, and oversee quarterly Board Meeting planning
