Now, they are looking for a high-energy, decisive Digital Marketing Manager to take the wheel of the digital landscape and drive them into the next phase of global growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • The Mission: This isn’t a "maintenance" role. You will be the architect of our digital performance, moving the needle across B2B and B2C markets.
  • Paid Media Mastery: Own the strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google. You aren't just managing budgets; you’re hunting for the highest ROI.
  • ICP Architect: Deep-dive into our Ideal Customer Profiles to craft messaging and hooks that stop the scroll and convert.
  • The HubSpot Guru: Lead our CRM and automation strategy, turning our database into a revenue-generating powerhouse.
  • Conversion Obsessed: From SEO and GA4 insights to A/B testing landing pages, you will relentlessly optimize the client journey.
  • AI Integration: We want a pioneer - someone who explores and implements AI tools to supercharge productivity and data analysis.

  • Confidence: This role is client facing so you will need to be confident in acquiring the information you need to deliver; strong written and spoken English a must.
  • Experience: A strong background in both B2B and B2C digital marketing with the ability to manage external agencies and internal stakeholders with confidence.
  • Education: Degree level and strong numeracy skills.
  • The X-Factor: You are ambitious, aspirational, and ready to make a tangible difference in an agile SME environment.
