• Partner with our internal product and nursing teams following our QBank analysis to build a plan for question revision, focusing on strengthening clinical reasoning, prioritization and acuity-based decision-making. • Develop new, original CCRN-style board questions to address content requirements and ensure coverage aligns with the updated CCRN test plan and exam blueprint. • Ensure alignment of all questions with current critical care standards and evidence-based practice • Partner with our Editorial team who will provide guidance and feedback to iterate and improve question quality.
