AO Globe Life is seeking experienced professionals to join our fully virtual team, supporting union members and credit union clients nationwide. These individuals have requested information about coverage—there is no cold calling or unsolicited outreach required. This opportunity is well-suited for professionals with a background in benefits, financial services, client advising, or consultative roles who are looking for purpose-driven work, flexible scheduling, and long-term career growth in a remote environment.

  • Conduct virtual benefit consultations with union and credit union members via Zoom
  • Assess each client’s needs and provide clear, customized recommendations
  • Explain policy options in a professional and straightforward manner
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance standards are met
  • Participate in ongoing training, development, and team collaboration

Qualifications

  • Experience in insurance, financial services, benefits advising, or client service strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
  • Coachable and adaptable in a digital, remote-first environment
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Windows-based laptop or PC with a working webcam
