RES is looking for a Proposal Coordinator I to join our team.
As a Proposal Coordinator I at RES, you will support the development and submission of proposals and tender packages by:
- Coordinating inputs
- Consolidating content from multiple contributors
- Ensuring final documents meet required formats and deadlines
This is an entry-level role designed for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to build a career supporting environmental, engineering, and construction-focused work.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (preferred)
- Experience consolidating sections and/or documents developed by others into a required tender/proposal format (preferred)
- Experience maintaining master document sets and version control (preferred)
- Interest in a related field (environment, engineering, or construction) (preferred)

- Strong Word formatting skills (styles, headers/footers, tables, page layout, cross-references, track changes)
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple deadlines while staying highly accurate
- Prior exposure to environmental, engineering, or construction terminology and deliverables
