Job Description
Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Servigistics (Service Parts Management – SPM) expertise to support business operations, system enhancements, and the upgrade to SPM 14. The candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring optimal configuration, data integrity, and process alignment within the Servigistics platform.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Service Parts Planning, Forecasting, and Inventory Optimization.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for Servigistics configuration.
- Conduct gap analysis between current state and SPM 14 capabilities.
- Support process improvements in service parts supply chain.
Servigistics (SPM) Configuration
- Configure and maintain modules within Servigistics SPM (Forecasting, Planning, Inventory, Optimization).
- Analyze forecast accuracy, stocking policies, safety stock, and service levels.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support.
- Work with technical teams on data feeds, batch jobs, and integrations.
SPM 14 Upgrade Support
- Participate in SPM 14 upgrade planning and impact assessment.
- Perform regression testing and validation of upgraded functionalities.
- Coordinate data validation, reconciliation, and post-upgrade support.
- Identify configuration changes and enhancements required post-upgrade.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment activities.
Reporting & Analytics
- Forecast accuracy
- Service level performance
- Inventory turns
- Fill rate and backorder metrics
- Work with business teams to improve KPI visibility and reporting accuracy.
Stakeholder Collaboration

- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, and upgrade documentation.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Servigistics SPM
