Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience in product management
- Minimum 3+ years product management and/or product design
- 3+ years managing complex initiatives from initiation to completion using product management processes and best practices
- Experience in defining and implementing product metrics to track performance and success
- Experience handling all stages of product delivery
- Experience representing various customers and stakeholders during planning
- Preferred: 2+ years experience in working with rating platform and rules engine.
- Preferred: 2+ years experience in building software platforms in insurance for business-critical functions such as rating, underwriting, and insurance configuration.
- Preferred: 1+ years of advanced knowledge of Guidewire product models specifically working on Guidewire Policy Center, with knowledge of its function in underwriting/sales workflows, policy rating, rules engine, and Guidewire product models.
- Preferred: 2+ years experience working with Property & Casualty insurance platform
