Job Description

• Provide oversight and strategic direction for the assigned regional sales organization • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth • Analyze market trends, identifying new opportunities, and aligning sales efforts with company objectives • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders • Coach and mentor their team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance • Provide leadership, vision, and execution, ensuring the overall success of their team • Monitor sales activities and performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards excellence
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving growth
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools a plus
  • Experience in wire and cable is highly desirable
