Job Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience leading Salesforce implementation projects
- 3+ years experience working for a consulting company
- 3+ Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin and Service Cloud at minimum)
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and interactive during in-person and virtual meetings;
- A pro-active, entrepreneurial attitude
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to observe trends and actively make suggestions based on results
- Available and responsive to questions, clarifications, and instructions
- A strategic approach to solution design
- Excellent ability to coach, motivate and direct work tasks to a multi-disciplinary team of Salesforce professionals
- Technical Architect certification a plus
- Public sector experience a plus
