Job Description

• Operational business unit, technical, and legal support of the enterprise-wide Data Protection Program • Contribute to development and update of policies and requirements for privacy tools • Review and develop reports to assess the effectiveness of our privacy policies/processes • Follow up with business units to identify new areas for expansion of tooling or improvement in privacy controls and triage issues that impact data enablement or privacy • Monitor remediation activities and error logs in collaboration with senior team members

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of privacy regulations
3+ years of experience in data management and privacy and translating data risks into scalable, tailored, and pragmatic controls that enhance the organization's security posture
Excellent communication and relationship skills
Ability to apply privacy expertise to Netflix products or services to improve Netflix's privacy posture and measure impact
Can identify and drive solutions for privacy issues that have a positive impact on risk reduction or business enablement
Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and an open-minded approach to problem-solving, fostering an inclusive and feedback-driven culture
