• Be an active part of the global IT team. Share responsibilities and contribute to the success of the global IT unit • Provide top notch service to internal employees globally via tickets, telephony, and remote sessions • Perform everything related to onboarding and offboarding employees including Laptops lifecycle, software & SaaS licenses, identity provision & deprovision, personal assistance • Partner with the People team to help onboard new hires ensure IT onboarding is easy and quick for all new hires • The first line of response to troubleshooting hardware & software systems across new and existing systems/applications such as laptops, operating systems, network printers, conference equipment, network equipment • Diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues and come up with solutions • Diagnose and troubleshoot users and endpoint (MacOS & Windows) issues and come up with solutions • Keep company’s endpoint compliant at all times • Accurately document and maintain our inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources • Make sure security is foremost in everything you do
