Job Description

• The Project Controls Engineer will coordinate the design, installation and start-up of process control migrations, modifications, and new installations. • Supporting plant construction or process equipment projects for Feed Manufacturing Operations and other business units. • Responsible for the development of project scope and driving process control improvements. • Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders. • Provide recommended methods and standard operating practices to optimize processes and meet product specifications with a major focus on automation software and processes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Feed Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related discipline highly preferred with a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience.
Associates degree in Engineering, Feed Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related discipline with 5 plus years of relevant working experience required.
Proven track record of project management and driving process improvements.
Ability to manage multiple projects and cost initiatives simultaneously.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications including Teams, Projects, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, as well as Adobe/Bluebeam, and AutoCAD.
Collaborating with and working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve required results.
Experience with vendor supplied process control systems/software common to the feed milling industry.
