The Manufacturing BOM Program Leader owns and leads the end-to-end governance, accuracy, and continuous improvement of Bills of Materials across the organization, ensuring product structures are correct and synchronized across engineering, ERP, MRP, PLM, and manufacturing systems. This role serves as the central authority for BOM strategy, process design, cross-functional alignment, and change management to enable scalable operations and data integrity.
