• You'll be the primary security services contact, ensuring successful integration and support of customers on our platform. • You will learn and implement creative solutions helping customers leverage Akamai's security and web performance products to achieve desired outcomes. • We apply project management skills to plan, coordinate, and deliver solutions based on Akamai's products, on time and with high quality. • Structuring and delivering project plans, assigning work to architects, organizing customer initiatives, organizing agendas and documentation • Ensuring customer success by understanding requirements, leveraging best practices and offering consulting services that meet customer needs • Collaborating with the account team to evaluate customer web architecture, helping develop a long-term web performance and security strategy • Working with security and web performance experts to solve technical problems, demonstrating Akamai's value, and communicating effectively with all audiences • Participating in training and projects contributing to best practices, maximizing efficiency, and improving methodology and service quality • Partnering cross-functionally to review and ensure integration efficiency, deliver high quality service and ensure customer engagement
