Position Overview:

FEDlogic is seeking a strategic and client-focused Client Success Manager; you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our client relationships. You'll serve as a liaison between our company and our valued clients, ensuring their needs are understood, addressed, and exceeded. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric approach. Reporting directly to a Senior Client Success and Development Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining FEDlogic's reputation for unparalleled service while working to enhance client retention and engagement. Key performance indicators will include, but shall not be limited to, the following: (1) Client engagement; (2) Client satisfaction; and (3) Client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering comprehensive support to the client, with no initially assigned clients, while serving as a key point of contact.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate internally to develop strategies for increased engagement with Client's employees.
  • Communicate with clients regularly through various channels, including meetings and reports.
  • Act as the client’s advocate, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved proactively.
  • Occasionally, present "pitch" deck presentations to potential clients. Assist Client Development with prospective client presentations and communications.
  • Forecast intervention needs by utilizing data and reporting.
  • Complete administrative work by onboarding clients into customer relationship management system (CRM), building out client profiles and ensuring data in the CRM system is accurate and complete.
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive, and collaborative team environment.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned to support client satisfaction and business growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, business acumen, platform, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have experience speaking in front of groups of people and leading virtual calls.
  • Ability to translate client requirements into actionable strategies and solutions.
  • Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in benefits consulting, case management, healthcare or advocacy
  • Familiarity with employer group health plans.
  • Experience in HubSpot, Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
