• Own the role of industrial circuit protection subject matter expert • Work with sales team along with other technical staff to drive design wins of Littelfuse industrial products • Become key point of contact for providing technical support for all industrial circuit protection solutions • Conduct detailed product and application training events for key customers, technical reps, and internal sales teams • Coordinate between engineering, product management, and sales to develop requirements for new products that will deliver best in class solutions to key customers in growing and emerging markets • Identify technology and competitive trends in the market and define the impacts to Littelfuse • Develop technical publications like white papers, application notes and guides • Perform feasibility studies to uncover new product capabilities and features • Participate in product standard and industry committees like UL, NEMA, and IEC
