Job Description
Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years in operations, analytics, product, strategy or a related role within a tech company.
- Experience building automations or AI-assisted workflows, with a hands-on, experimental mindset; deep technical expertise isn’t required, but strong problem-solving and the ability to turn business needs into practical AI solutions are.
- Strong understanding of modern AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms, prompt design, workflow builders).
- Excellent communication skills; able to teach, translate complexity, and inspire teams.
- Natural curiosity with a bias toward experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills with the ability to drive adoption and change.
- Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- A passion for helping people work smarter and elevating overall organizational performance.
