Role Description
The Delivery Enablement Specialist serves as a project manager supporting Global Delivery Enablement by coordinating end-to-end learning initiatives and ensuring timely execution of deliverables across global stakeholders. They manage project timelines, documentation, version control, and content repositories, driving alignment with Product, Innovation, and Marketing to maintain accurate, up-to-date training assets. This role oversees the operational components of global professional development programs, including tracking digital credentials and producing leadership-ready reporting, to ensure process compliance and visibility across regions. The specialist facilitates cross-functional collaboration by organizing and leading meetings, preparing agendas, documenting action items, and ensuring consistent follow-through on training requirements. Through strong project oversight, data coordination, and process management, they help advance LHH’s delivery standards and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or learning and development roles.
- Experience working in a global or cross-functional environment preferred.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning, and project planning and tracking platforms.
- Basic understanding of AI tools and eLearning technologies is a plus.
- Ability to manage data reporting and dashboards using Excel or similar tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping and documentation practices.
- Experience in scheduling, meeting coordination, and managing agendas/action items.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
- Skilled in preparing clear reports, summaries, and presentations for leadership.
- Ability to track progress on initiatives, maintain timelines, and ensure compliance with established processes.
- Experience in budget monitoring and vendor coordination is desirable.
