Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure architecture, or enterprise systems engineering.
- 10+ years designing and implementing enterprise cloud environments.
- Direct experience supporting CDC or a large federal health agency in technology environments.
- Experience with AWS and Azure enterprise deployments.
- Experience implementing federal security standards, including NIST frameworks.
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Preferred - AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent certification.
- Preferred - Experience supporting CDC platforms such as BioSense, surveillance systems, or research environments.
- Preferred - Experience with hybrid cloud, GovCloud environments, and enterprise reliability engineering.
- Preferred - Experience translating architecture concepts into executive-level documentation and visuals.
