What You Can Expect

You will design and optimize go-to-market processes that drive efficiency across Sales and Channel operations. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will translate business needs into scalable system solutions. Your work will directly improve operational performance and customer experience.

About the Team

We drive operational transformation across Zoom's go-to-market ecosystem through process excellence and systems integration. Our team collaborates horizontally across Sales, Channel, and Enterprise Systems to deliver scalable solutions. We exist to enhance efficiency and enable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing go-to-market workflows to identify inefficiencies and designing optimized processes that incorporate automation, standardization, and lean principles

  • Leading discovery sessions and creating detailed process maps that document current state, identify gaps, and define future-state solutions

  • Partnering with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Enterprise Systems teams to ensure process designs align with Salesforce, CPQ, and ERP capabilities

  • Establishing standardized methodologies, templates, and documentation to build process maturity and compliance across go-to-market functions

  • Defining KPIs and tracking process performance to drive continuous improvement and provide visibility to leadership on operational health

What We're Looking For

  • Bring 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Strategic Process Improvement within SaaS or high-growth environments

  • Apply process mapping, analysis, and design methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma to solve complex operational challenges

  • Work proficiently with enterprise systems including Salesforce, CPQ, and ERP platforms

  • Translate business requirements into scalable, system-enabled process solutions

  • Communicate effectively across organizational levels and influence stakeholders to drive process adoption

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

  • Possess Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification

  • Demonstrate experience with change management, partner ecosystems, or business transformation projects

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$97 600,00

Maximum:

$225 700,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
