We have an incredible opportunity for a Director, Production Setup (Director, Clinical Operations) to join ICON’s Imaging Cardiac Services team. The Director, Production Setup will provide operational leadership to ensure the effective deployment of Imaging and Cardiac analysis systems that support clinical trials. They will lead and support teams to consistently meet delivery targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Location: United States (Remote)
What you will be doing:
- Leading and overseeing the planning, execution, and management of Imaging and Cardiac analysis systems to ensure timely and successful completion
- Providing strategic direction and guidance to immediate and cross-functional teams to optimize deployment methodologies to ensure on time delivery
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and translate Charter requirements into system requirements
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the clinical trial process
- Drive teams to ensure proper adherence to the software development lifecycle
- Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure the integrity and quality of trial data
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Extensive experience in clinical operations within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing technology teams
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and GCP guidelines
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
