Job Description

• Position and sell Red Nucleus’s R&D, clinical, and regulatory solutions to decision makers across Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Quality, Pharmacovigilance, and related R&D functions • Expand existing accounts by identifying unmet needs, engaging cross-functional R&D stakeholders, and supporting multi-capability pursuits • Advance strategic client relationships that support repeat business, multi-year engagements, and long-term partnerships • Leverage deep knowledge of clinical research, regulatory strategy and operations, system implementation, change management, and process optimization to shape differentiated client solutions • Collaborate with scientific, regulatory, technology, and operational subject matter experts to design integrated, high-impact proposals • Act as a commercially oriented domain expert in client discussions, articulating Red Nucleus’s value proposition and solution vision • Execute against the enterprise go-to-market strategy as it relates to R&D and clinical offerings • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Client Services, and Business Unit leadership to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and commercial priorities • Support enterprise selling motions that balance near-term revenue objectives with longer-term client relationship development • Maintain disciplined pipeline management in Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting, opportunity progression, and data integrity • Lead SOW expansion and change discussions – with an eye for expanding business • Ensure effective handoff from business development to delivery teams, supporting high-quality client transitions • Partner with Sales Operations to monitor performance metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health • Build strong working relationships with regulatory, clinical, scientific, technology, and delivery leaders to support integrated solution design • Collaborate with Marketing on thought leadership initiatives, campaign focus areas, and conference participation • Represent Red Nucleus at industry conferences, client meetings, and external events as a senior commercial contributor

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Research, Business, or related field strongly preferred
  • 6-10 years of experience in business development or commercial roles selling R&D, clinical, or regulatory services, systems, or consulting solutions to pharmaceutical and biotech organizations
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding growth targets
  • Deep experience engaging Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Quality, Drug Safety/Pharmacovigilance, or related R&D stakeholders
  • Experience operating effectively within a matrixed scientific, operational, and technical environment
