Powered by two trusted, global brands, Shark and Ninja, the company has a proven track record of bringing disruptive innovation to market and developing one consumer product after another has allowed SharkNinja to enter multiple product categories, driving significant growth and market share gains. Headquartered in Needham, Massachusetts with more than 4,100 associates, the company's products are sold at key retailers, online and offline, and through distributors around the world.
We're looking for a dynamic marketing leader to shape and drive the strategy and execution of breakthrough consumer-facing communications-from advertising and media to influencers, events, and activations. In this role, you'll own brand planning, creative strategy, and campaign execution for major new product launches as well as core and brand-building campaigns. You'll collaborate across internal teams (PR, influencer, content, media, consumer insights, brand, creative) and lead external agency partners to deliver powerful, integrated campaigns that fuel sales and growth.
As the orchestrator of cross-functional activations, you'll partner with cross-functional media and creative teams to ensure the right strategy and support for every product.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and executing multi-channel strategies for established B2C brands-leveraging digital, social, streaming, and traditional channels to drive awareness, engagement, demand, and revenue.
As Director, IMC, you'll be a brand steward and strategic storyteller, ensuring consistent voice, message, and creative integration across channels. You'll lead the development of integrated marketing plans and campaigns that amplify brand equity, differentiate us in the market, and deliver measurable business growth. You'll partner closely with product management, sales, and creative teams to create a cohesive, customer-obsessed brand experience.
