Job Description

• Implementation and Configuration: Support the setup, configuration and optimization of Oracle Fusion ERP, including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement and end ensuring alignment with business processes and controls. • Functional Support: Troubleshoot functional issues, workflows, and business rules, providing day to day operational support and resolving production system problems. • Integration and Reporting: Collaborate with technical teams to design and maintain integrations, custom reports, and workflows using Oracle tools such as OIC, VBCS, ADF, OTBI and SmartView. • Data Management: Participate in data migration, validation, and cleansing activities, ensuring data integrity during system upgrades or migrations. • Project Participation: Support ERP related projects, including upgrades, patches, UAT, regression testing and month end or year-end close activities. • Customer Service and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions. • Monitor and support scheduled jobs and processes, including resolving transaction console errors. • Provide after-hours support during upgrades or vendor-led updates when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields, financial or accounting background a plus
  • 3+ years in an Oracle ERP functional support role
  • Recent, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Strong experience in Finance and or Supply Chain modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, INV, OM, or Procurement
  • Experience building OTBI reports
  • Strong understanding of business processes and controls
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
  • Comfortable supporting production systems and business-critical processes.
