We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Reservation & Itinerary Coordinator to assist clients with booking arrangements, managing schedules, and organizing travel details from inquiry through confirmation. This fully remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, clear communication, and delivering a smooth client experience. Training and structured systems are provided. Prior industry experience is not required.
- Coordinate reservations, confirmations, and schedule updates
- Communicate with clients to gather required details and provide updates
- Review bookings to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain organized digital records within established systems
- Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion
