Purpose
As an Oracle Fusion Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the functional configuration and day-to-day operation of Oracle Fusion ERP, with a focus on Finance and Supply Chain modules. The team is looking for a hands-on functional analyst or configurator who enjoys solving real business problems, working closely with users, and keeping core ERP processes running smoothly.
The Role
- Implementation and Configuration: Support the setup, configuration and optimization of Oracle Fusion ERP, including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement and end ensuring alignment with business processes and controls.
- Functional Support: Troubleshoot functional issues, workflows, and business rules, providing day to day operational support and resolving production system problems.
- Integration and Reporting: Collaborate with technical teams to design and maintain integrations, custom reports, and workflows using Oracle tools such as OIC, VBCS, ADF, OTBI and SmartView.
- Data Management: Participate in data migration, validation, and cleansing activities, ensuring data integrity during system upgrades or migrations.
- Project Participation: Support ERP related projects, including upgrades, patches, UAT, regression testing and month end or year-end close activities.
- Customer Service and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Monitor and support scheduled jobs and processes, including resolving transaction console errors
- Provide after-hours support during upgrades or vendor-led updates when needed
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields, financial or accounting background a plus
- 3+ years in an Oracle ERP functional support role
- Recent, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Strong experience in Finance and or Supply Chain modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, INV, OM, or Procurement
- Experience building OTBI reports
- Strong understanding of business processes and controls
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Comfortable supporting production systems and business-critical processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle certifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies.
- Background in aerospace, automotive, defense, or manufacturing industries
- Familiarity with other enterprise systems including MES, PLM

Compensation
At Divergent, our pay range is based on the level of the job. For this role, we will consider candidates at levels S03 - S05 as evaluated through our interview process.
- Specialist 03 / S03: $82,620 - $135,734
- Specialist 04 / S04: $95,400 - $156,729
- Sr. Specialist 05 / S05: $110,160 - $180,977
