Role Description
Solace is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director of Strategic Alliances to lead and expand our partner ecosystem across the Americas. This executive role is pivotal in driving partner-sourced revenue, scaling joint go-to-market initiatives, and strengthening Solace’s position as the partner of choice for enterprise-grade event-driven solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Partner Strategy & Ecosystem Growth: Define and execute a regional partner strategy aligned with global objectives. Build and scale relationships with GSIs, ISVs, VARs, cloud providers, and MSPs.
- Business Development: Identify, onboard, and enable high-potential partners. Drive joint selling, co-marketing, and partner-sourced pipeline growth.
- Operational Excellence: Implement scalable partner programs including enablement, certification, incentives, and MDF. Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless partner engagement and execution.
- Leadership & Enablement: Lead regional partner managers and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability. Represent Solace at industry events and executive forums.
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel leadership within enterprise tech.
- Proven success in building and scaling partner programs across diverse geographies.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with partner-led GTM models and driving measurable revenue outcomes.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
