Role Description
The Health Quality Solutions Division Director oversees the management of Mountain Pacific Health Quality Solutions Division, ensuring all contract requirements are met and exceeded. This position provides program oversight of:
- Strategic development
- Project and budget management
- Risk mitigation
- Process improvement
As a director, this position provides:
- Strategic direction and organizational leadership
- Alignment of departmental operations, resources, and initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Cross-organizational insight and leadership
This position supervises the leaders directly responsible for Health Quality Solutions contracts and identifies and cultivates new business and service line opportunities for the organization. It works closely with the Corporate Development team and is responsible for coordinating and collaborating with all departments and divisions to improve efficiencies and build innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
- 5 years of experience in health care administration
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quality improvement, health services research or administration, public health, or related field preferred
