Mission Recruiting is partnering with a respected Irvine litigation team seeking a Civil Litigation Associate focused on general liability and public entity matters.

• Day-to-day ownership of active litigation files (roughly 15 at a time)
• Discovery, depositions, and written motion practice
• Court appearances, case strategy, and client reporting
• Practical counseling for business and municipal clients
• Trial prep, with real opportunities to get on your feet in contested matters

• Self-insured and public entity clients (not a volume, low-rate carrier panel practice)
• High trust environment with minimal micromanagement
