• Lead end-to-end design processes for new and existing products, from discovery and research through prototyping, user testing, and final delivery. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Success) to define product requirements and translate them into elegant, user-centered solutions. • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that communicate design intent and interaction. • Advocate for design best practices, accessibility, and a consistent design system across all products. • Present design rationale and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating as needed. • Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure Socure’s products remain innovative and competitive.
