Job Requirements
- A minimum of seven years of experience operating within automotive manufacturing environments
- At least three years in a management role at a Tier 1 or OEM automotive manufacturing facility
- Proven track record of providing exceptional support to senior leaders, including C-suite executives and board members
- Ability to create relationships and gain trusted advisor status rapidly with prospective customers
- High business acumen (operations management, CAPEX planning, budgeting, P&L, etc)
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Sound judgment and excellent assessment skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to successfully manage multiple deadlines and tasks
- Knowledge and ability to learn computer-based software is required to perform successfully in this position
- Ability to manage projects under tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a high-paced, high-growth environment
