• Configure and manage the Eightfold Talent Intelligence and Workday Recruiting platforms • Responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end processes between Eightfold and Workday. • Work closely with HR, Engineering, vendors, and third-party integrators to optimize talent workflows and ensure data integrity across platforms • Partner with stakeholders to define and enhance talent acquisition, internal mobility, and talent management processes • Troubleshoot issues and ensure data integrity, synchronization, and security across platforms • Support the rollout of new Eightfold and Workday features and capabilities • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, integration flows, and business processes • Stay current with updates to Eightfold, Workday and HR technologies, recommending improvements as needed
