Job Requirements
- University or bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of degree
- 6 plus years of prior experience in foodservice sourcing and supply chain
- Experience working within a franchisor organization, preferably a QSR brand (imports/exports knowledge is a plus)
- Proficient in written and conversational fluency in both English and Spanish
- Ability to travel up to 20% of time and to work when needed in the evenings and at weekends, with ability to gain visas to travel to a variety of countries
- Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate Supply Chain concepts to a variety of audiences
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage efficient execution of sourcing and supply functions, working with both suppliers and franchisees
- Well organized with a high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and requests simultaneously, within an intense, deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills.

This role serves as the primary customer-facing quality contact, interpreting customer concerns, managing containment and material disposition, and coordinating supplier corrective actions for temporary coverage. Responsibilities include acting as the single point of contact for quality issues, reviewing documentation, communicating issues to suppliers, and overseeing SAP transactions related to quality events.
The Planner will determine target inventory levels and generate purchase order proposals to meet sales and inventory goals while optimizing costs for raw materials, packaging, and collateral. Responsibilities also include performing weekly inventory reconciliation, collaborating with Supply Chain partners to resolve shortages or overages, and mitigating supply risk.
The specialist will support the functional configuration and daily operation of Oracle Fusion ERP, focusing on Finance and Supply Chain modules, acting as a hands-on functional analyst to solve business problems and maintain core ERP processes. Responsibilities include configuration, troubleshooting functional issues, supporting integrations/reporting, data management, and participating in ERP projects like upgrades and testing.
