Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in managing heavy/highway construction projects.
- Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and materials used in heavy/highway projects.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations relevant to highway construction.
- Experience with bridges, highways, underground utilities, flat concrete, structural concrete, or large-scale earthworks.
- Expertise in developing and monitoring construction schedules.

The Project Coordinator II will take a leadership role within the Environmental team, coordinating daily workflow to manage projects from initiation to completion with internal teams and leaders.
