Adswerve is looking for a Senior Technical Sales Engineer to join our Solutions Architecture team! This is a high-impact, client-facing role at the intersection of data science, cloud infrastructure, and sales strategy. You will serve as the technical authority in major sales pursuits, translating complex Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AI capabilities into compelling, differentiated narratives for Fortune 500 clients.

You will partner closely with Solutions Architecture leadership, internal sales teams, and Google partnership contacts to develop and deliver winning proposals - while also collaborating with Technical Services on delivery continuity. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable in a boardroom and a BigQuery editor.

Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Client Engagement

  • Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective and existing clients across retail, hospitality, entertainment, and e-commerce verticals
  • Own the development of custom demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical narratives for major GCP-focused sales pitches
  • Partner with Solutions Architecture and sales leadership to craft winning RFP responses, SOW scoping, and executive-level presentations
  • Represent Adswerve as a trusted technical advisor during client-facing engagements, building credibility with both technical and business audiences

Technical Execution

  • Operate hands-on in GCP environments, including BigQuery, Vertex AI, Looker, and related data and AI tooling
  • Develop reusable demo assets and solution frameworks that can be deployed across the sales organization
  • Apply data science fundamentals to design technically sound, client-specific use cases spanning ML, marketing analytics, and AI activation
  • Stay current on Google Cloud roadmap developments, GMP integrations, and emerging AI capabilities relevant to our go-to-market strategy

Internal Collaboration

  • Serve as a bridge between the Solutions Architecture and Technical Services teams, ensuring pre-sales commitments are grounded in delivery feasibility
  • Contribute technical depth to ATF (Additive Tech Fund) proposals, DSPP applications, and Google partnership initiatives
  • Support team knowledge sharing through documentation, internal demos, and peer enablement
  • Collaborate with the Director of Solutions Architecture on GCP go-to-market strategy and practice development
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical sales engineering, solutions architecture, or data science role, ideally within a consulting, agency, or technology partner environment
  • Demonstrated expertise with Google Cloud Platform, with hands-on experience across BigQuery, Vertex AI, Cloud Storage, and related services
  • Data science background with working knowledge of ML modeling, statistical analysis, and AI-driven use cases (e.g., MMM, propensity modeling, LTV prediction)
  • Proven ability to build and deliver technical demos and executive-level presentations for enterprise clients
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and speak credibly to technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-driven environment with strong organizational and project management instincts
  • Experience with Google Marketing Platform (GMP) tools including GA4, DV360, Campaign Manager, or related advertising technology
  • Familiarity with Marketing Mix Modeling (Meridian or similar) and marketing analytics frameworks
  • Google Cloud Professional certifications (e.g., Professional Data Engineer, Professional ML Engineer)
  • Prior experience in a pre-sales or technical sales capacity, working alongside a sales team to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Background working with or within a Google Partner organization
