Lead the Strategy That Shapes Diagnostic Innovation
Join a mission-driven team transforming clinical diagnostics worldwide. As the Marketing Manager for the IMMULITE Franchise, you will define and execute the North America strategy that fuels growth, strengthens market position, and delivers meaningful impact for our customers and their patients.
What You’ll Do
• Drive the North America strategy for the IMMULITE portfolio to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Partner with Global and Regional Marketing on portfolio development, lifecycle strategy, and product health.
• Translate competitive insights into clear market differentiation.
• Deliver marketing programs, promotions, and campaigns that accelerate customer adoption.
• Align closely with core lab marketing teams on go-to-market execution.
• Support sales through customer visits, clinical insights, and educational engagement.
• Build strong relationships with KOLs and support evaluations and scientific presentations.
What You Bring
• 4+ years of marketing or sales success (3+ years in diagnostics; allergy experience a plus).
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate across teams and leadership levels.
• Proven problem-solver who thrives in complex or ambiguous situations.
• Polished communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to quickly develop deep product knowledge across multiple lines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

The base pay range for this position is:
$117,770 - $161,931Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
