• Design, configure, and maintain SyncAID MES applications for production scheduling, tracking, and reporting. • Integrate MES with DeltaV DCS, ensuring real-time data flow, batch tracking, and process control synchronization. • Develop and maintain interface specifications, including OPC, SQL databases, and custom APIs, between MES and DCS systems. • Troubleshoot MES and DeltaV system issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. • Support validation, commissioning, and testing of MES-DCS interfaces. • Generate and maintain documentation, including system configuration, SOPs, and technical manuals. • Collaborate with process engineers, IT teams, and production staff to ensure MES workflows align with manufacturing requirements. • Monitor system performance, implement enhancements, and ensure compliance with GxP / FDA / ISO standards where applicable. • Provide training and support to production and operations personnel on MES functionality.
