Role Description
The COS Pricing & Contracts Manager leads the Customer Success (Inside Sales) team supporting the Cosmetics, OTC, and Supplements (COS) division. This role is responsible for driving efficient quote generation, managing pricing strategy, and overseeing customer contracts to support revenue growth and operational excellence.
You will oversee accounts generating under $25K annually, ensuring timely quote delivery, strong follow-up, and conversion of opportunities. This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Accounting, Marketing, and IT to ensure competitive pricing, accurate billing, and scalable processes. This is a highly collaborative role combining people leadership, pricing strategy, and process optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in pricing, sales operations, customer success, or related field
- Experience in laboratory services, cosmetics, food, nutraceuticals, or CPG preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) required
- Strong understanding of pricing strategy, costing, and quoting processes
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial and sales data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Experience with ERP systems and sales analytics tools preferred

- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across teams
- Occasional travel may be required
